# Suppressions

Cowliss mirrors the suppression list your organization accumulates from hard bounces and complaints per address so the send gate skips cheaply and the dashboard can say why. Suppression is a separate fact from [consent](/reference/api/consent/): a complaint revokes consent, while a bounce only suppresses the address. The list is your organization's own: an address one organization suppresses is untouched for every other.

## GET /v1/suppressions

List suppressed addresses

## DELETE /v1/suppressions/{id}

Un-suppress an address

Admin only. Clears the address at the email provider so future sends can be attempted. If the provider cannot be reached, the address remains suppressed.
